A Timeless and Elegant Spring Wedding at The Robinshaw | The Glovers | Memphis Wedding Photographers
Melissa’s wedding dress was modern and chic, she looked absolutely radiant! Pearls dripped down her veil. It was so fun to be there with Melissa (who, if you didn’t know, is my sister-in-law!) while she tried on dresses at Maggie Louise and found her perfect dress. It was such a calm, luxurious experience and made it even more anticipated and exciting to finally see her in it on her wedding day!
The backdrop for Melissa and Cody’s wedding ceremony at The Robinshaw was so elegant- white florals and greenery cascaded around the giant stone hearth and natural light poured in through the wall of windows behind them. From the moment Melissa walked down the aisle with her dad I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room (at least not from me!) It was so sweet to watch these two get married, to see Cody officially become a part of our family, and even more meaningful to be the ones to get to document this day!
As their guests poured outside onto the covered patio and the lawn, out rolled the champagne wall! Melissa and Cody shared a quick toast together before we spent a few minutes taking couples portraits before we headed in to the reception!
Frost did an outstanding job with the Glover’s wedding cake! Adorned with pearls, they mimicked Melissa’s earrings and her veil from Maggie Louise. I thought it was such a small detail that was so elegant and intentional.
Melissa and Cody had an incredible, stress-free wedding day thanks to lots of planning ahead and because of their AMAZING vendor line up. Infinity Events made sure everything was running seamlessly and looking beautiful. I cannot emphasize enough how much having the right wedding coordinator can impact your day and allow you to be present and in the moment! Infinity is always one step ahead, no matter the situation and always have the couples’ best interest at heart and are wholeheartedly dedicated to making sure they are having FUN!
The Robinshaw is a gorgeous wedding venue tucked in the woods of Rossville, TN just outside of Collierville. Melissa and Cody decided to have an indoor wedding ceremony to avoid any possible weather complications, and I love that this wedding venue gave them that option! They ended up having perfect weather anyways, and took full advantage of the gorgeous day for most of their photos and cocktail hour.
The very best DJ in Memphis- DJAD was there to get the party going and kept it going all night long! And of course it wouldn’t be a party without our photobooth, Rosie for all of the guests to jump in throughout the night have photostrips to take home as the sweetest keepsake. Truly a night to remember and we loved getting to celebrate the Glovers!
